Fire Drill

Today we had our annual fire drill at work. It took me back to being a kid and regularly having to leave class and group together on the field  - at that time I loved it, I think we all did. School was on hold and we got to kill time with friends. Today, it is a different story. While it is nice to see everyone in the sun, a fire drill becomes a serious matter when you have your own business to consider – what if this was not merely a drill and we had to walk away from our office? Are we prepared? How would we operate? Do we have proper business continuity plans?
